foyer area with views directly onto beautiful Lake Merritt, which can
be used for
reception area, food service, break-out space, etc. This
facility is excellent for corporate meetings, theater performances, etc.

Center Conference Room
The Kaiser Center Conference
Room measures 16 ft. x
24 ft. and can accommodate approximately 25 people. Excellent for small
conferences or classes, the room is available with tables and chairs that
may be configured in three different layouts. The conference room is located
adjacent to Central Park Restaurant which will provide catering services. Easy
access to the Kaiser Center Parking Garage.

Kaiser Center Training Room
Recently added to the family of Kaiser Center Amenities is the newly constructed Conference/Training Room located on the 2nd floor of 300 Lakeside Drive, Suite 203. The Kaiser Center Training Room is available for rent to tenants and the public for meetings, classes, seminars etc.

Free WiFi Hot Spot
