Designed by renowned architect Welton Beckett as Henry J.
Kaiser's 28-story world headquarters and personal residence, Kaiser Center I was completed in 1960. Today, the building stands as a masterpiece of contemporary, mid-century architecture providing tenants a first class, full service business environment. Major interstate highways located close to the property provide unsurpassed regional access by automobile. BART and bus transportation is abundant and within easy walking distance.
