The Kaiser Center resides on a 7.2-acre parcel and consists of a T-shaped, 28-story office tower (Kaiser Center I), a three-story office/retail building (Kaiser Center II) and an adjacent five-story, 1339-space parking garage with a rooftop garden. The property provides 24x7x365 on-site building personnel for access control.

Kaiser Center I

A beautiful example of modern architecture, the Kaiser Center I lobby (located on first and second floors) features a combination of clean lines and rich materials and finishes. Details include terrazzo flooring, stone walls, recessed and pendant lighting and a unique indoor water feature. Built for high volume use, Kaiser Center I has 19 Westinghouse elevators serving the tower. Escalators service the 1st and 2nd floor Kaiser Center I lobby.

The Kaiser Center Roof Garden was the first roof garden built in the United States after World War ll. The project was commissioned by Kaiser Industries and was awarded to the San Francisco-based landscape architecture firm Osmudson & Staley. The meticulously maintained Kaiser Center Roof Garden is open for public enjoyment Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m.

Kaiser Center II

Kaiser Center II is comprised of a three-story office/retail building adjacent to Kaiser Center I. Lobby finishes include terrazzo flooring and tile detailing. The ground floor is currently occupied by a variety of retail tenants; the second and third floors are primarily offices; the third floor also features a restaurant overlooking the roof garden. Pedestrian access is from entrances on 20th St., Webster St., along the inner drive and through the parking garage. The uppermost level of Kaiser Center II opens to the roof garden.
